On-site Employees - Conduct day-to-day general facility maintenance. Duties include portering, floor care, window washing, general maintenance, bathroom cleaning, power washing, waxing and buffing of floors.

Project Managers, Site Managers and Account Managers - Manage daily operations at a facility, including hiring, training, client interaction, reporting and ordering of equipment and supplies.

Operations Managers, Area Managers - Responsible for overseeing multiple facilities. Functions include those of Project, Site and Account Managers, along with managing a wide spectrum of services at various locations.

Regional Operations Managers - Handle business development and management in specific regions of the Unites States. Oversee Profit-and-Loss, planning, budgets, marketing and sales for all sites within your region. Candidates for Regional Operations Manager must have signigicant experience leading similar tasks and responsibilities in multiple service industries.

Sales Executives - Strategic sales & business development, on-site evaluations, presentations, project start-ups and client follow-up.
